Overall we loved this hotel. Rented two rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (each) with enough room to move and place our luggage, bathroom was spacious, beds and sofa bed were comfortable, pillows a little hard but overall good, nicely decorated, clean, and breakfast had something for all age groups including cook your own eggs any style if you did not want the buffet scrambled eggs. Location was 15 min walking distance from Opera/Lafayette Galleries. Staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages. Definitely will return as a family next time we are in town.

The hotel was better than expected; classic room on 5th floor was small (as expected) but not too tight and quite comfortable, very clean and with a large window facing the courtyard and with a surprise view of the Sacre Coeur in the distance. Aircon and fridge in room were good. Staff were generally very pleasant and helpful. The location is on a fairly quiet street but one I found safe enough and central with handy shops for water, snacks etc. nearby. Staff were available at reception on all occasions that we required entrance and I found this system quite efficient and reassuring.

We loved the location, very quiet yet easy to access local shops and restaurants. Tube station 5 minutes walking distance. Our room was lovely, very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and gave us some great tips for local restaurants. Breakfast was superb.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The bed was very comfy and the amenities provided were amazing. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is pretty close to the centre of Paris.

it was clean and attractive in neighborhood with eateries, groceries, and other necessities - entire staff unbelievably friendly and helpful - felt like family - perfect as I am a lone traveler

Superb staff and management: friendly and helpful. Location great, just between east train station and city center. Room facing courtyard side:quite and comfy.

Breakfast was good on occasion we had it. The location was a doable distance from main thoroughfare on foot. The double window ensured a peaceful and quiet room. Staff were approachable and efficient.
